United Airlines Launch Dublin to Chicago Service

From June 2015, United Airlines will be offering daily non-stop services between Dublin and O’Hare International Airport in Chicago. Operating until 18 August (subject to government approval) Chicago O’Hare will become the third United hub served nonstop from Dublin following New York/Newark and Washington D.C./Dulles.

SWISS Rebrands European Fleet

SWISS has renamed the brand’s European subsidiary Swiss European Air Lines, prompted by the integration of new long-haul aircraft into the fleet. The subsidiary will now be known internationally as SWISS Global Air Lines.

With new long-haul Boeing 777-300ERs entering into the fleet, the subsidiary has been given a more ‘international’ moniker in recognition of the brand’s increased global activity. Lufthansa Launches New Eurowings Base in Vienna

The Lufthansa Group has announced the first base of the Eurowings brand will be located in Vienna. Following consultation with fellow PartnerPlusBenefit member, Austrian Airlines, the capital of Austria was selected as the base for Lufthansa’s first Eurowings-dedicated base outside of Germany.

From February 2015, passengers aboard ANA flights will be able to benefit from Japan’s most comprehensive in-flight entertainment systems, offering 351 channels showcasing a wide range of regional and overseas television series and the latest blockbuster films.

115 Lufthansa Routes Transferred to Germanwings
